If you do not use the product correctly you will burn yourself, if you do not use it as directed you will not see results. I have used it 2x a week for 1.5 months now. I did burn myself I am using it on my face so getting the technique down takes timeI have had a big change in the coarseness of the hair growing. Will give another update in a couple of months.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It seems to work well on her legs but doesn't do a thing for her upper lip. It leaves a dark shadow on it which looks worse than hair. I think the cost is way too high for the results.

cons:will smell,if not used properly will burn you, doesn't leave a smooth look u will have to remove what the nono missed,takes time & patience,hard to get in curve/rounded areas,my hair lays flat against body so the hair needs to be standing up to hit "blade" this is a big problem,expensive. pros:does slow growth,awesome results on facial hair I have black hair so its noticeable the hair on side of my face. to remedy this w/o chemicals or shaving/plucking, made this machine worth buying.

Everything sounds good on HSN and the infomercials but all that glitters is not necessary gold. Summary of my experience-burns skin, jumps unless you are on a absolute smooth surface legs, arms, not good for face at all, burneed hair smell is gross,hair returned faster, darker, stiffer and thicker than with shaving, threading or waxing. I am returning today - a month is enough to know this product does not do what it states.
