The oils are marvelous, but out of 4 bottles opened so far, 2 caps broke off. I'd read the other reviews, so I was very careful, and still 2 broke off. Can't enjoy them if they evaporate. Marilyn, I LOVE the Fo-Ti-Tieng. Please bring that back in a container that doesn't break.

These are the best oils I have ever used. The tops are glass and have to be tight or you would lose all the precious oils. You just turn and gently rock back and forth, holding upright-the top will come off. I love the beautiful box and the aroma is so therapeutic. HEAVENLY!!!! At first the oil is strong, use three or four dabs and you will feel so good, plus you get so many compliments on how great you smell!!! Thank YOU Marilyn!!!

Happy with the product but the packaging ruins it.... Anonymous , Rating

I bought this for my wife for Valentine's day and, while the oils smell wonderful and she really likes them, the bottles are defective. Several would not open so I tried the warm water trick above and then they snapped as I pulled them up leaving pieces of the cap in the bottle. I now have quite a bit on my hands. The product wasn't for me and it was relatively expensive and I am upset that some was wasted.

Perfect for essential oil fans! Some have had problems with the glass stoppers. I found that by rotating the stoppers gently several times, it loosened them nicely. I am off to order more because it is just too awesome to pass up! MARILYN..THANKS!!!
