Very disappointed. The file was lacking. It did not remove any of the tough calloused skin on the heels. And... I did not see that the cream was doing anything to help with skin removal as well. Have purchased better files in the drugstore. Had to send back.

can\'t tell... Biggy1256, CA Rating 4/22/2012
The heels of my feet & my entire feet are normally soft and not dry. However, I wanted to give this product a try to see if there will be skin coming off my feet. I tried it twice so far and no skin came off my feet, but psychologically, I am thinking, maybe it made my feet feel softer and cleaner looking. Who knows? That's why I can't tell whether this worked for me.

Absolute BEST I\'ve ever used... MERIDITH, FL Rating 4/20/2012
This is a must have product and I'll never be without it. The first time I used it I didn't dip the file into water so I wasn't sure how well this product was going to work. The second time I did ... and WOW! The skin just came off in sheets almost. Using some water is the key. After you apply it, you can put a wet wash cloth on your foot, run the fabulous foot file under water and you won't believe how much skin comes off your feet! My husband I both use it and love the results.
