The product may be good, but the wand doesn't remove caked on grime. The demo on TV is made with freshly smeared grease or dirt and so it removes easily. I'll keep the kit, but I would not recommend this purchase to my friends.

After watching the demo I thought I was buying a miracle product to clean my windows. They were left still dirty and streaky. Why can't products do what they are advertized to do?
