A definate must-have if you are buying the Teeter Hang-ups Inversion Table. Little spendy for a piece of plastic, but it works and is a huge benefit for the table.

THIS IS THE PERFECT ADDITION TO MY TEETER HANG UP!! SINCE MY ACCIDENT MY LUMBAR REGION HAS GIVEN ME CHRONIC PAIN FOR 10 YEARS & I HAVE BEEN DISABLED BUT THE TEETER HANG UP WITH THE LUMBAR BRIDGE HAS MADE AN AMAZING DIFFERENCE-THANK YOU

I got the table first and it was a bit uncomfortable. Then this lumbar bridge arrived and things were much better. I highly recommend buying this bridge if you have decided to buy the table. Too bad the table doesn't automatically come with it.

I purchased the Lumbar Bridge the same time I ordered my Teeter. It took a day longer to get here, so I had the chance to use the inversion table w/o the bridge. I will say that this does enhance the stretch in the lower back, yet prevents any discomfort you might experience on the table without it.
