very disapointed in this product. I was very excited to receive this based on the wonderful on air presentation. I have owned 2 shark floor steamers and I have worn them out. This one was terrible! Never even really worked up a head of steam - it was really only hot water spitting out. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Ive owned a couple of steamers over the years and I have to say that this product shouldn't even be called a steamer.It spits out more water than steam.Ive never had any other steamer spit out water.Furthermore it states in the instructions that its normal for this steamer to spew out water.Very disappointed!Surprised that HSN even represents this product.

Heats up quick and nicely. Lightweight. Removes grease stains from plastics and all surfaces. Easy to use. Easy to set up.

Great on Floors... Kellp, CA Rating

Ok, I bought this but I was still on the fence about how it would really clean. Let me just say, for tile floors, it is awesome. My entire house is tile and I have a floormate, which I thought did a good job until I tried this. With half the time and no cleaning products, this thing cleaned my floors to perfection. The rest of the uses it promotes, not so great, but for floors it is worth the money because it saves me time and effort.

Not all floor types are suitable for steam cleaning; do not use on unsealed flooring.
Do not let the unit stand on any wood or heat-sensitive surfaces for an extended period of time.
Use caution on vinyl, linoleum or any other heat-sensitive floors as too much heat can melt glue in the flooring.
Use only on laminated flooring that has been laid professionally and without gaps or cracks that would allow the entry of moisture.
