At first I was super excited to use this mop. It worked great for the first few uses. I used it to steam clean my hardwoods which I have learned since then is not advisable as it warps the wood panels after awhile, clean my windows, stove and my infant daughter's toys. After only about 2 weeks of use, the mop began shooting out water instead of steam! Water was getting all over my floors. With every pump of the motor, instead of steam, water was everywhere. Do not buy!

Love this H2O Mop easy to use. I have four dogs and I needed a good mop that would clean my foors and I found it!

This was a dream to get but after putting it together i found it heavy and clunky .my husband says to break it down to use it for other cleaning uses would be difficult, so not what i hoped for.

Like this steamer it does all the floors nicely, it is a little heavy compared to others. it would have gotten 5 stars it it was'nt so heavy

This steam cleaner does not live up to as advertised. The mop pad constantly comes off and doesn't work well on hard wood floors, and in order to allow it stay on I found myself using the steam cleaner with both hands. It also discharges too much steam that it leaves the floor wet, which of course you have to wait for it to dry. A mop pad for hard wood floors should have been included in the package instead of two pads for tile floors.
