I could not use at all,arms folling down while excerising..unfortunatly I did have to returned and shiping back was $63 ,almost half of the price for Abdoer.....

I have tried the ab-doer and don't like it. It is cheaply made and it needed repair after the second time we used it. Shame on you HSN for selling such an awful product. DO NOT BUY this! Or you will be sorry.
