How To Return Your Package (Two Options)
Option 1: easy returns with ups or usps
- Remove the original shipping label from the outside of the package and replace it with the Easy Returns label.
- Drop off your package at any UPS store, UPS drop box, local Post Office or postal location (including your own mailbox). For the closest UPS drop-off location, call 1-800-PICK-UPS or schedule a free postal carrier pick-up* at https://www.usps.com/pickup. We cover the insurance.
- Pay nothing up front. The Easy Returns processing service charge will be deducted from your credit or refund, or in the event of an exchange, we will charge your credit card:
* Packages over 70 lbs. can only be returned with UPS.
- $7.95 for 5 lbs. or less
- $9.95 for more than 5 lbs.
Option 2: you return it
For either method of return, follow the instructions below
- Affix the you return it label directly over the original shipping label.
- Ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. Please insure your package in case of loss or damage.
- Please note: When returning via the you return it label, we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping. NOTE: Return shipping costs for items shipped directly from the manufacturer may vary.

- FILL OUT THE MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PRINTED LABEL - Separate the return form from your printed label. Fill out the form to indicate what you are returning and the reason for the return. Include this form inside the package of the returned merchandise. If your form of payment was credit card, the refund will be submitted to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. HSN will issue a refund check for items purchased by personal check, money order, or cashiers check the day we process your return.
- PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR PURCHASE - Tear the packing slip along the dotted line and keep the top portion. If you are using the Easy Return method, please write the Easy Return tracking # down and keep it with the top portion for your reference.
- HOW TO PACK AN ITEM FOR RETURN - To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack the item in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories, parts, and pieces for a full refund. Please include the bottom portion of the packing slip.
- HOW TO RETURN A GIFT - In order for us to process your GIFT return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-284-3900 between 8am - 1am Eastern Time. A customer service representative will be happy to assist you in receiving HSN Spendable Kash (In-Store Credit) for your returned item. If you would like the Gift Purchaser to receive the credit simply follow steps 1 and 2 above.
HSN stands by every product we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase you make. If any HSN purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of receipt. To assist you in the return and prompt handling of your item, please follow the simple instructions below. For "NO REFUND" and "CLOSE OUT" items, we will issue a store credit to your HSN account valid for one year.
