Reprint Missing Labels Online
Lost your order summary? No problem! You can reprint your Easy Returns with UPS label online. Just go to HSN.com, click “order status,” and log in. Select your order, then click “print return label.”
How do I find a UPS Drop-off location? UPS has many convenient drop boxes and stores, or you could even mail it from work. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS, visit http://www.ups.com/dropoff?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 to find the nearest authorized location.
How much will I be charged? With Easy Returns, you pay nothing up front. Instead, our service fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
• $6.95 for return packages that weigh 5 lbs or less
• $8.95 for return packages that weigh more than 5lbs
What if I am doing an exchange?
If the item is being sent back for an exchange, we will charge your credit card the Easy Returns service fee.
What if my order summary does not include an Easy Returns label?
If your order summary does not include the UPS Easy Returns label, Easy Returns is not available for your package and our standard return policy applies. Unfortunately, some items, such as those mailed directly from our suppliers, are not eligible for Easy Returns.
What if I don't want to use UPS Easy Returns?
Our standard return option is still available. Use the label marked "Standard Return on Your Own" to choose your carrier and pay return postage up front.
