i am overwhelmingly frustrated every time skip and amanda are on and on the set in the studio, on a shelf in full view, are FOUR. of the 3 liter honey bath, leading the customer to believe that there are four flavors available, but not since january has the just plain honey flavor been available......i don't want the honey vanilla, or the honey lemon....i want just plain honey. thank you for any help you may give. i even have gone to the perlier website, seperate from hsn.

Yes, I 2nd the Neutraline set request. Please also include a talc, hand lotion in a tube, body cream in a jar and a set of bar soaps. Also please make/sell Neutraline bar soap as a separate item. Thanks.

Hi! It's about Neutralene, your unscented bath products. I used them a while ago, and they were great. Only problem, they didn't come as a set. Do you think this will happen in the future? I'm allergic to certain flavors, except for the unscented, olive oil and the original scent of shea butter (I especially love the body butter.) Thanks and please see what you can do about the Neutralene.

When will the Amber & Myrrh Diffusers be available again? I received this for a gift over the holidays. I love it. My husband even thinks it's great which means it's a real winner. I would have the Amber & Myrrh in every room of my house if they were available to order. 'Hope to hear it's coming back soon!

I fell in love with ginger mandarin. I love the fragrance of it especially. it is so original and pleasing. Please, please, bring it back, including a large size perfume. It is exquisite! When will it be back in a nice affordable kit? Thank you for your lovely products. Some are true keepers. I love the orchid, vanilla, wisteria, and lavender. I keep your hand and body soaps (lotion) and hand creams in my patients' bathroom. They love it! recommended for TLC in every doctor's office.

i agree with the others regarding the shipping and handling fees. we missed out on the days of free shipping for this last show. if you order more than one item in the same day, they ship it all in the same box anyway and still charge you more for shipping than it actually cost to mail it. there is no need to charge that much to ship one box. how about giving us a day of free shipping on all ibb this visit.

Regarding shipping--actually packaging: Why can't HSN use the immediately biodegrading peanuts (made of corn byproducts, I think)? Those styrofoam ones will still be in the landfills, etc., way on down the road when the sun turns into a black hole. (Not everyone recycles these things, you know). Think about doing this, please.

Skip& Amanda, I have written numerous blogs about the 100% organic honey after bath body water it came in the 8.4oz metal can, last year i purchased it in a big honey kit and have not seen it back yet,is it ever coming back I have asked several times and have gotten no response....PLEASE,PLEASE,answer my request..ps,I do also agree with the high shipping charges maybe something can be done about this.

More EDTs would be wonderful! YES! Well there are some beautiful looking new floral sprays. I know I can't wear most florals yet I still want to order! So hard resisting new Perlier products!! HELP!! White Tea, Iles Fruits, Lime, Grapefruit - yes, yes, yes, yes!!!

I also need more EDTS. Some White Teas would be really great! Les Iles would be great too. What I am really hoping for is that GRAPEFRUIT line to match Grapefruit Foam Bath and also the pure LIME line Skip mentioned last year. EDTs to match these would be the best!!!

Hi Skip and Amanda! Just a quick question, my MOM absolutely loves your Rosa di Maggio spray and Body cream-got it for her a while back and yesterday(Mother's Day)she informed me she NEEDS MORE (yikes I usually have backups of all your products, but as luck would have it not this :(. Could you give me an idea of the next time this will become available. I know this comes from the unique fragrant rose that grows in May, I guess she will have to settle for something in my inventory for now :)!!!
