i ordered the todays special black rice a couple of days ago and ordered it before it sold out the first time. now they are telling me my order is delayed. after i placed my order and it was processed it sold out and they said they were bringing more in. so why is my order delayed. this is the second time on and item they have done this. poor customer service.

I'm going crazy crazy crazy to get some more of the Almond Mist that came with a kit with several Shea Butter items. I have worn the same fragrance for 25 years, and suddenly THAT MIST is the only fragrance my husband wants to smell on me. I love my clothes smelling like it and love to spray my linens with it, but I assumed I would be able to get more, so I just kept on spraying and it seems to be non-existent......It's not a want! It's a need!! I've looked for a true Almond scent FOREVER!!!

Just wanted to ask where are your bar soaps? Love the honey line of soaps, lavender,olive oil, risarium and especially the white almond. Please bring them back soon.

Please bring more 2 or 3 liter Olive Oil and perhaps Mandarin ginger bath and body cream. Also, the verbena and the grapefruit diffusers are the best.

Suzi,PA - Oatmeal with Coriander and Honey is a favorite of many of us. The kit from last fall was brought back by demand. Sorry, it is not available and there are no plans for its return, unless we can convince Skip we desperately want it. The Liquid Soap is still available.

Amanda, PLEASE convince Skip to bring Vetiver back! So many requests for it. I only have a small amount of the bath gel left, and I'm guarding it with my life. Please have a whole set. You know, Bath gel body cream, talc, hand cream and of course the body spray. Can he cut out a fruit line and bring back the Vetiver.

Please consider removing Parabens, BHT and Petroleum/Mineral oil from ALL of your products... If not, please stop using the term Natrual when describing your products on air as is very misleading. Grapeseed Extract is a wonderful, NATURAL preservative. Hope you read comments placed here or what's the use in even writing.... Thanks if you are! Very Frustrated in AZ.

I've been a faithful user of your family's products for 28 years! I sure do miss Princess Marcella Borghese Cosmetics! BEST cosmetics EVER! Memorable products. I've been using your Honey and White Almond body products for about 10 years. I just found out you're on HSN, and that you have all these other product lines!! OMG!! I love the Lavender Defusser. Do you think you will bring it back? It is so calming and relaxing, especially in the bedroom. Nobody does the fragrance of lavender like Italian Bath & Body!

Any one out there know what the next IBB delivery is going to include? I'm on the road and won't be home for another month? The delivery will be there when I get home but I'm anxious to know what the next offering will be....The Rain product isn't all that bad, but doubt if it will be seller/keeper. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Shea Acacia powder. Also when will the Black Rice Moisturizer be back...need to replace as my current supply is getting slim.

Hi Skip and Amanda! Your products are the best on the planet bar none! I use NOTHING else. Are you considering making a fragrance of Clean Cotton, or something like Denim, or Clean Sheets in your new diffusers? I love them so much and would like to see a fresh scent like that in the diffusers. Please respond and let me know. You guys and your products are the absolute best. Never miss a show when you're on. Love, love, love your pink peony!!! Have been using it for years!!! Wish you'd consider a dusting powder in this peony and also a hand creme. I feel so special when I shower with this gel and have just ordered the body lotion. Also have the perfume spray and love that! I have been a fan of yours since you were on the other shopping channel years and years ago. I don't use anything but your products for my shower. Don't ever discontinue the pink peony line. I can't get enough of that fragr

Hi Amanda & Skip. I am an absolute fan and between Xmas and Mothers day i have added many folks to your line. I am writing to ask that the creams/cream baths that you sell can come repackaged. Being disabled it is hard to squeeze the tubes. Keep bringing great products like the new body butter and fab powder.

Hi, Amanda and Skip. I am a long-time fan and have a real stockpile of many of your products. Something that I would like to see again is a Vetiver kit that would include an EDT or body splash and the talc. I have the bath gel, body cream and hand cream, but would love to have the whole array in Vetiver. Thank you both so much for all you do!

I absolutely LOVE Snowdrop!!! My question is, why is it not as strong as in the small sample jars? I fell in love with it, but really appreciate it being stronger. I have all the kit, from the body gel, body balm, spray, etc., and I DO get alot of compliments when someone hugs me, but I really want people to smell me when I pass them. They tell me they don't. Have read others ask the same. Also LOVE all Regular HONEY products!!!
