THIS RING IS AN EYE-CATCHER BECAUSE THE CAMEO ITSELF IS LONG. THE LADY IS CARVED INTO THE CARNELIAN AND NOT GLUED! I BOUGHT THIS ON SALE AND WITH THE DISCOUNT COUPON, THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THE ONLY THING IS THE STEM OF THE RING IS NOT AS WIDE AND THICK AS IT IS USED TO BE. THE PRICE OF GOLD IS SO HIGH THESE DAYS THAT IT CANNOT BE DONE THE WAY I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE. HOWEWEVER, THE STEM SUPPORTS THE CAMEO REALLY WELL BECAUSE IT IS LIGHT. I AM HAPPY WITH IT!
