2 cans chicken; drained
1 small can mandarin oranges; drained
1 small can pineapple tidbits; drained
½ c. shredded coconut
½ c. sliced almonds
½ c. chopped celery
½ c. mayonnaise
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Using the traditional beaters of your Bravetti Hand Mixer, mix all ingredients together on medium speed until well blended.
Serve on a bed of lettuce as a salad or with crackers for a refreshing dip.
