Spicy Buffalo-Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
breading
1 1b. Chicken wing segments; washed and patted dry

wing sauce
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 bottle Crystal brand cayenne pepper sauce
¼ cup honey
Directions
  1. Preheat fryer to 374°.
  2. Toss wing segments together with breading mix in a plastic bag or container until coated.
  3. Using metal tongs, gently drop wings into lowered basket of fryer.
  4. Fry, with lid on, for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and place in non-stick baking dish. Heat wing sauce in small saucepan until warm.
  6. Pour desired amount of sauce over wings and bake in a 350° oven for 10-15 minutes.
Note: To prepare larger amounts, fry wings in 1 lb. increments, then place in 9 ½" x 11" pan. The wing sauce is enough to coat 3-4 lbs. Wings may be fried a day ahead, refrigerated, and then baked with the sauce for 25-30 minutes.
