Smoked Salmon Spread
I originally made up this spread for bagels. However, it is so good I often serve it with Wheat Thins at parties!
Ingredients
1 8-ounce block cream cheese
1 3-ounce foil package salmon
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 cup no-pulp orange juice
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. Use your hand mixer first on low speed to blend and the on high speed for a minute to get it light and fluffy or pulse your processor until a creamy consistency is achieved.
  2. Serve with Wheat Thins, bagel chips, bread sticks or Melba toast.
