Sausage Balls
I always looked forward to family events because my Aunt Bonnie always made these! When I found out how easy they are, I started making them myself. You should give them a try and see if they become a favorite in your family.
Ingredients
1 ½ lb. roll Jimmy Dean brand mild or medium sausage or use home made
1 cup Bisquick®
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Using the traditional beaters or the dough hooks of your Bravetti Hand Mixer, combine ingredients until completely mixed.
- Roll into 1" balls and place on a jelly-roll pan or divide onto cookie sheets to fit your oven.
- Bake in your convection oven at 375° for 10-15 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve hot or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
