Garlicky Blue Cheese Dressing
This is a quick, easy dressing that is sure to please! Use your blender or Maxi-Chopper to make it simple!
Ingredients
1 ½ cups sour cream
½ cup milk
½ cup fresh parsley leaves
2 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon white vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 4-ounce block blue cheese; broken into 4 pieces
Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients (except the blue cheese), in order listed, into your blender or maxi-chopper. Pulse until creamy and all the parsley and garlic are chopped fine.
  2. Place the blue cheese pieces onto the top and pulse rapidly until just blended and blue cheese is still slightly chunky. You may have to add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick for your taste!
