| | | Garlicky Blue Cheese Dressing
This is a quick, easy dressing that is sure to please! Use your blender or Maxi-Chopper to make it simple! Ingredients 1 ½ cups sour cream ½ cup milk ½ cup fresh parsley leaves 2 cloves garlic ½ teaspoon white vinegar ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper 1 4-ounce block blue cheese; broken into 4 pieces Directions - Place all the ingredients (except the blue cheese), in order listed, into your blender or maxi-chopper. Pulse until creamy and all the parsley and garlic are chopped fine.
- Place the blue cheese pieces onto the top and pulse rapidly until just blended and blue cheese is still slightly chunky. You may have to add a little more milk if the mixture is too thick for your taste!
