Ingredients
1 lb. Boneless Country Style Ribs
¼ tsp. rubbed sage
¼ tsp. marjoram
¼ tsp. coriander
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
  1. Install the chopping blade inside your Bravetti 800 Watt Platinum Pro Food Processor; attach lid.


  2. Turn the processor on and set to speed 9.


  3. Drop the ribs, on at a time, through the feed shoot and process until smooth.


  4. Add the seasonings and continue processing on a medium speed until well blended.


  5. Form into patties and fry in pan over medium heat.


  6. Variation: increase the coriander to ½ teaspoon for a hotter version!
