Where oh where is the original shea butter? I like many others MISS IT! Change is good, tradition is better! I live in AZ, HOT HOT, not wanting to overdo it this is a line that gives you a wonderful light scent as a bonus. To use as a moisturizer THAT WORKS is the true benifit. Please bring back the sweet almond body spray & larger body powder with puff. The best of the best, you can layer without fear of overdoing!

Hi Amanda & Skip, I just wanna tell you how much I love your products Perlier and Elarila. But what happened to the lilac bath and shower gel? I didn't see it this time. Do you know when you gonna bring it back, i saw it online i wish it was on autoship when i bought it. I would like to cmment on white musk i love it especial the lotion with the pump it has the little shimmering to it and also makes my skin so soft and velvety. Skip and Amanda- Want to add my vote to bring back the orininal Shea Butters,like Acacia Shea and the old florals. One thing I loved about your Shea Butters were they weren't thinned out with soy or other products. If you want to expand your line to reach different demographics, please don't do it at the expense of the classic formulations and flavors that we fell in love with and came to depend on. Please less whipped,or creamier butters and bring back your wonderful florals.Also the self-tan.

A bit more FYI on planned presentations mentioned during March 27th 2009 shows. Gardenia, Lilac and White Tea Bergamot relaunch April 2009. Blood Orange launch June 2009. Vineyards Nectar launch July 2009. Cedarwood Sage launch October 2009. Only one day visits for April and June but as HSN program guide shows there are about 7-8 hours of shows scheduled for April.

It appears you are leaving many loyal customers to wonder exactly what is happening at IBB-or as you now call yourselves-Italian Beauty. I am a longtime customer & am disppointed to find that Gardenia & Tuberose products are now becoming very limited. Is this a sign of future things to come-sacrificing longtime customers by eliminating products that Amanda admitted were some of her favorite scents? If so-be honest enough to mention that on-air or in a blog. I will look elsewhere for these scents

I couldn't wait for your March visit because I thought you were launching new scents based on the sample jar kit. I purchased the sample jars and loved many of the new scents...especially White tea and Bergamont and Cedarwood and Sage. Hope Skip and Amanda respond to dismayed IBB fans who are devastated by changes to original Elaria Shea butter and double latte formulas. This is one scenario where customer voice launch could have been helpful. For many,light texture, great hydration, and staying fragrance power were what set this product line apart. Another European company produces heavier, less fragrant shea butter in a tin, which I dislike. I chose IBB shea for specific benefits, which are now altered. Regretable.

After reading all the not so favorable comments about the NEW Shea & DL scents changing, I'm glad I didn't try the last TS. I have DL large sizes on AS for my sister (a nurse, sensitive skin, adores scent), but wonder if the original scent is still available!? PLEASE ADDRESS! Even though I am on auto ship for the original Perlier Honey, my daughters whom have sensitive skin were able to use the Elaria Shea Butter with almond, they also just adored the smell. Change an improvements are needed, but please consider keeping the orginal for the loyal fans.

During the Perlier segment of the HSN holiday video I freeze-framed tubes of Honey scrub and a Caribbean Vanilla Diffuser. Will you be bringing these to HSN? I'd love Lime and/or Coffee. Even better true body cream to match the Caribbeans! I also spied many body sprays on the shelves in pink, blue - could the green be Kiwi-Lime? So much LVM stuff! Ordered two large Holiday sets to break up for smaller gifts.Everyone wanted to know where I got it from.The scent is fabulous, but more importantly the hydrating factor I love. I must chime in and concur with Lisa from FL on the Acacia shea butter. It has a lovely, fresh,green/floral fragrance, and hydrates fantastically just like the almond version of the shea butter. Incidentally, I don't think the Elaria shea almond smells like cereal or cookies. It seems to have an undertone of sandalwood or something warm and slightly musky. If the Elaria shea butter is discontinued, I'll be very sad....

Sorry . . . I highly disagree with an eariler comment. I LOVE the ACACIA shea butter and am disappointed not to see it available at the moment. The shea products are wonderful, but I don't want to smell like a nut (or cookie, or breakfast cereal . . . which is my impression of the almond) and I found acacia to be very light and pleasant. In fact, I'd love to see a body spray in the fragrance, as well!

PLEASE, PLEASE bring back the original Shea Butter line! I have been using it for years and always get comments on the scent. I have tried the variations, i.e. Tuberose and Acacia and they are disgusting, not to mention, a pain to return products. I am almost out of the shea butter lotion and completely out of the body wash. I don't understand why you would do away with one of the most popular scents in your line!! Please bring it back!!

Thanks to the IBB powers that magically answered our requests for double latte spray. However, it's time on the site was far too brief. Skip and Amanda, if you read your customer requests at all, PLEASE do not discontinue original double latte and shea butter almond formulas, particularly the fragrance sprays. The new products are fine for their intended purpose, but the originals are so much more enjoyable to use. Yesterday's brief availability of double latte spray was simply a tease.

Ditto to many requests to keep original formula and scents! The formulaic changes to Shea and DL are pleasant but originals are also wonderful! The newer versions of these scents are nice though not nearly as delicious as original! My biggest fear is for what may lie ahead for other IBB flavors! Skip and Amanda, please limit changes to formula NOT scent! Once scent is modified shouldn't the flavor name be also? Please keep our treasured scents as we know and love them! Thanks.

D brings up a very valid point. Many who are passionate IBB fans cannot wear other commercial perfume lines due to fragrance sensitivities. Finding a favorite scented product line that I could actually use and enjoy, such as double latte or shea butter almond, was a rare and delightful treat. Fragrance reduction in the new formulas, along with continued absence of body sprays in these flavors, makes for one truly devastated IBB fan. Bring back original double latte and shea butter, PLEASE..

In January I signed up for Auto-Ship and was extremely disappointed upon receipt of the new improved formulas. Please carefully review the comments of customers and bring back the original formulas, as they were before. Your IBB fans are anxiously awaiting the return.

As Lisa and numerous other dismayed IBB fans have observed, many of our lovely fragrances are changing or disappearing altogether. I empathize with fragrance-sensitive customers, but if you insist on cutting back on fragrance in shea butter and double latte, the solution is obvious. Please bring bring back our body sprays. First original MUSK disappeared, and now our beloved double latte and shea butter almond are altered. I hope you are not planning to update white almond in this manner....

My first time to comment on any products, BUT IBB rocks!!!! Its the only product I can use before bed, you know most lotions/creams feel suffocating and cannot sleep with them on, BUT NOT IBB. all your products are fabulous!!!!! when are yall coming back love and thanks again for sharing your products

I second and third the idea of keeping the original Shea butter products at HSN. Half of the Shea delight was in using the non-drying shower cream in a soft, ultra soapy, ultra sudsy lather in the shower. We want our suds, Skip!

I adore your products and their wonderful scents; however, BECAUSE your scents are so lovely, I'd rather not cover them up with other company's perfumes. I desperately want to have the EDT's or eau de toilettes to go with your creams and shower products, but you have so few options available. Please consider offering more body sprays, and PLEASE provide one for Mediterraneum, the best scent of all! Thanks.

Please Skip and Amanda bring back the Self Tanner in the Shea Butter. Where is it? I also buy the Coconut Mango because this is the BEST SELF TANNER ON THE MARKET. I am blonde and blue eyed and this tanner is great. Everyone always tells me what a beautiful tan I have and they can't believe it is from a self tanner.

There have been so many requests on your blogs for additional products needed for existing flavors! Personally I would love Honey Eucalyptus talc, Grapefruit talc, Avocado Lemon grass talc and EDT. Also please bring back Lemon Vanilla Body spray and also more EDT and body sprays to match all of our existing favorites!

WHERE IS THE OLD FORMULA OF SHEA BUTTER BODY CREAM. I bought the TS in the New Shea Butter and do not like the Balm. It is like using paste. Hope the Body Cream will still be available. The wonderful scent is still there but not the cream.

Amanda and Skip, Please bring back the shea butter talc powder and body cream. While that I have tried some of the other scents, I always go back to shea butter and the banana body cream. My husband has always used IB&B along with me. However, now my two sons have discovered the shea butter and banana body cream. Even though I had stocked up on it, my creams are almost gone since all of us are using it. Please ask HSN to keep more of the shea butter products in stock. Thank you.

Love your Black Rice products, but I am very dissappointed right now that your day cream is out of stock. I am going to have to move to another line very soon if I'm unable to purchase it. I guess that is my big complaint...that when you are out of stock of items that customers use on a daily basis and are unable to get. Why not put the serum, eye cream, day & night cream in a package and on autoship??? Thanks for listening!!!

Iam highly allergic to perfume products. I found the Elarila Neutraline products work very well for me. PROBLEM is they do not show the Duo of the Body Wash and Lotion combination anymore.. What happened to the DUO SET? Can you help me. Under the Neutraline they only show The Hand and Body Lotion???? Thank you. There are a lot of customers out here that can not you products with frangrances in them. Come up with more of them.

Just tried Cedarwood this morning! Two thumbs up! Cedarwood got my 'I love it' vote. Keep coming up with the green, woodsy, unisex scents. I'm not going to get too attached, though, until the votes are in and the decision is made. I've learned the hard way not to get too attached. I still miss Wild Juniper.

PINK PEONY SPRAY When will th is be back. I had so many compliments on my Pink Peony. I need to get somemore. Please bring it back. At two different instances my 45 year old niece commented on how nice I smelled and so did my 22 year old niece. It surprised me as it was the first time they had commented and I am always trying new fragrances. Please please please bring it back in the apray.

I am very pleased with the decision to use organic ingredients and also with the new lighter fragrances. I use your bath and body products exclusively, but could not use Elariia Shea Butter and several other flavors because the scent is too strong. The new Perlier Shea Butter formulas are wonderful, but what I love most is that the scent is slightly less intense yet still long lasting. I am thrilled to finally be able to use your most moisturizing formulas!

Please consider keeping the old product formula items in the core lines of shea butter, honey, and double latte, etc. available on HSN alongside the new stuff when things get reformulated. Maybe an IBB Classics line? My favorite since the 80's, the original Honey, is gone and now my beloved Shea Butter has also been changed. If you use, gift, and stockpile as much as I have of those products and also bring along new customers to the product too, you feel betrayed by radical formula changes.

I think Queen of Latte said it pretty well. Spray product is becoming necessary to our enjoyment! Though I do use IBB for the quality, moisturization and such benefits I have to admit your spectacular scents really make IBB a must! The combination of exquisite quality/scent set IBB apart and above all others! The combination is what is creating addicts left and right! So lighten up on scent and lasting power if you think you must just please provide us the option to enjoy longer - SPRAY!

Greetings, Skip and Amanda..Fascinating peek into historical Italian apothecary..PLEASE peek at your customer requests SOON. We are BEGGING you to heed our requests for body sprays in double latte, shea butter almond, and avocado lemongrass, ESPECIALLY since you practically eliminated fragrance from new Perlier formulations of Shea butter and the Double Latte. I've been an avidly loyal IBB fan long before HSN days, but I'm disenchanted with the declining fragrance quality.
