A Gorgeous Month to Come

The days just fly by! In my last blog entry I shared with you all of the excitement at the Stallone house as we were preparing for Halloween. What fun we all had! Here is a photo of the girls in their Halloween costumes.

I was quite upset when i purchased a set on autoship which included Rulinea FX Serum, Face & Eye Creme along with Glycolic cleanser. My first shipment included all items as offered. My next shipment did not include the glycolic cleanser. I had been using the glycolic cleanser since you first offered it on HSN. When I called customer service I was told that the contents of autoship can change at anytime without notice. I felt betrayed!!

I got the Inst A Tox. I have had it for about 2 weeeks now, I really was excited about it when i seen it on the show and you really made it look like it would work. I feel the tightness, but that's about it! Sorry it is not that great! Im 38 and my 11 lines between my eyebrows are not that deep ,so i thought it would be perfect. ohh well maybe i will try something else! I really wanted to believe it would work. thank you

What's up with all the new changes to your skin cleansers? I've had 3 of the 4 cleanser autoships of your products cancelled and I'm NOT HAPPY. I see that you included the oldest formulation of the A cleanser with a new nano-A kit--why on earth would you do that and then cancel those who all ready use those products? Is it that you're not rich enough yet and need to increase the prices by saying the product is being updated. Whatever the reason, I just want my cleansers on autoship.

Jennifer, I just read Beauty Reviews about anti-aging products. Every time I watch you on H.S.N. you speak about cutting edge technology. Do any of your products have the ingredients Argireline and Hyaluronic Acid? If not please consider a line that's affordable with these major anti-aging properties for us mature woman, please.

I've been using the A Nano Age Defy Kit with the Time Released Nanoencapsulated Retinol for approximately 2 weeks. I'm 40 years old and have always had dry skin. I have a breakout maybe 2x a year. Is this product for oily skin? My skin under my eyes/along my cheeks is tight and dry. Maybe this is part of the process?? Most comments have noted individuals no longer have breakouts. Help and thanks!

Jennifer, I have been using your serious skin care C-No wrinkle kit now for a little over 2 months. I -HAVE- to tell you this. I was getting age spots under my eyes (so far I had 3.. 2 under left eye by the corner and 1 under right eye) but they ARE GONE!! They just up & went away. Wrinkles, creases and cow's feet are less noticeable too AMAZING

I am currently using another line of skin care. However, after watchiing all the wonderful SSC shows, I must confess that I am ready to convert over. I have no idea what line to start with and could use some help. I am 37, with regular skin and some t-zone oiliness. I do have mild rosacea from time to time, but not chronic. What do you suggest? I would like to brighten the HELP

I tried watching the on air version over the internet,but it does not talk about it on their. I know you're supposed to use serums thinest then go to thickest,but alot of it seems same consistency! Love your products. Waited 'til Holiday Bash to order 9-P C-Extreme No Wrinkle Kit of Year. Have been waiting patiently for delivery. Much to my surprise, when I checked status online today to find kit had been 'returned'. Called HSN & was told they weren't able to fill the order and had cancelled it on 11-26. I mentioned I had never been notified-I was told that a call was made to home my today -- 5 days after cancellation....HSN could use better communication as well as fulfilling orders, pls.

I love the way my skin looks after using this product line,if you can't say that you need ssc.The new anano xr is a miracle,hydrated with a glow,lessens appearances of wrinkles,with daily use you cannot be dissapointed.So glad I don't have to go to the dept.stores anymore.Jen puts it all together,she has taken all the frustration out of deciding what to do with you're skin care needs.

I am very upset with the treatment I got from HSN I waited all year for the Sistine Complete Set.I would of gladly paid the $42 for it as it was priced last year.But, this year it was selling for $19.50.I ran and reserved 4 gift sets of it and sent my money order for it 3 day priority.Well, every day I called in for it and I was told not to worry its processing.Well, Sisitine gift set sold out and my order cancelled.I love Sistine so much but I won't ever order from SSC or HSN again.

Hi Jennifer, I am brand new to SSC - I ordered the olive oil today's special last month and absolutely love it. I want to try a different kit for the warmer months but don't know where to start because of all the choices available. I am in my 30's and have good skin but I am worried about lines and wrinkles due to being a sun worshiper as a teenager. I live in southern Alabama where it is very hot and humid in the summer....any suggestions? Thanks so much and keep up the good work.

Hi Jennifer! I LOVE your products! I do have a couple requests. Can you include the DNA Eye in your 'A' kits - I love it! Also, my sister really wants to start using your product line but she is looking for something that targets ROSACEA. I know a lot of people suffer from this skin condition and I think it would be a big hit if you came out with a targeted Rosacea product line. She says the ones on the market are either too expensive, don't work, or make her skin greasy. HELP!!!

Hi Jennifer - I have been watching your shows and want to purchase a skin line but I need help as to where to start. Could you please tell me where I should start given the following information: I am 44 years old - I have normal skin with a little oily t-zone ... my skin is rather dull looking and not as firm as it used to be ... Jennifer, keep up the great work! I would love to see these items on Autoship: Jennifer's 24/7 make-up regimen and the new A-Nano Age Defy Kit. Also, it would be great to see a double-up Dry-Lo special for Autoship (like your fantastic concealer pens)....I panic when I get low on my dry-lo! Also, any ideas on a supplemental moisturizer that would complement the A-Nano Age Defy kit? I've been using the omega 3/moisture replenishing oil from the olive oil line to compensate for the dryness.

Jennifer, I have been with you since the beginning and your products are the ONLY ones I will use. But you've had some excellent ones that appear to now be discontinued which is very disappointing. Continuous Clear Facial Pads - loved them! Emu Aloe Soothing Cream - the best! And (now I'm dating myself) Body Gleame in the tube - a blue cream with sparkles in it. That was the best moisturizer to use when the humidity was high. Hope you will consider bringing back these oldies but goodies.

I am over 50 and have been using your Glycolic cleanser and A copper cream for years which has helped clear my skin. What I need is a suncreen in a daily moisturizer that will not break out my face. I am hesitant to try the C or A force lines with suncreen for fear it will be too greasy. On oily skin, multiple layers is too much for daytime. Is there anything coming in the glycolic, copper or Continuously clear line?

I just ordered your A Line kit from your holiday show this am. I was considering another kit in another line, but decided that the A Line would hopefully address my skin's issues, such as maturing skin (I'm 37), fine lines emerging, dulling skin, along with some acne breakouts (I can't believe at 37 I still get those!! Ugh!). To your average viewer, it is getting confusing as to which line is for which age group and which issues. Perhaps a guide with a synopsis of each line would be helpful.

I ordered one for my daughter, my sister, and of course, for me. This year I find I need to do most of my Christmas shopping online. Hi Jennifer! I am a newbie to your products but am confused as to what to use and in what order. I love the glycolic products (cleanser, mask and renewel gel). which moisturizers go well with these? I have oily, acne prone skin with large pores and some wrinkles on my forehead and eyes. I didnt particularly like the A copper line so I need something else that may help with oil. I made no plans this weekend so I can watch everytime your on!

I am 52 and confused what to use for products. I have been using various ones but would like to know which one (combo) would help me the most with my lines under/between eyes and with wrinkles beginning to appear on my lower half of cheeks (a lot of sun in youth) also my pores are larger than I'd like and sometimes get clogged. My skin is on the red side and dryer too now that I am older. I hope you can advise with such multiple problems.

Hello: Would you please think about creating a catalogue of all your products and how to use the in combination with each other. I have purchased several of your lines and get the surpise boxes on autoship. I have trouble combining the products together with the serums and items like total youth recall, ice age instatox etc. Need a quick tips a tricks reference guide please! The products are great just not sure how and when to use all of them to obtain the best results. Thanks

I recently purchased your Adult Acne Kit with copper products included. Let me tell you, for the first time in my 48 years my skin is completely clear of pimples and smooth as a baby's behind. Hard for me to not touch my face or look in the mirror at these results. Thank you for addressing the issue of adult acne AND aging. This is really awesome for me!!! I want to LOVE your products but cannot seem to find the right one yet. Your C eye serum burns as did the Ice Age both of which came in the Fall set.
