Hi Wei, I love your products and get compliments on my skin all the time. In fact, one woman ordered on the spot from my desk! While I could be a national spokesperson, I'm busy, so don't get a chance to always watch. The last two times, I didn't get the products I wanted. I like the kits- but really wanted the one combining the Chestnut and Lotus. Please return soon with more variety kits. Love the herbal cleanser and serums with one for morning and chestnut for night. Works for my combo skin while China Eyes hasn't helped.
Sonya, we understand how busy everyone is and cannot watch each show. Most of the time, our kits are available on the HSN website before my visit. Try to check out the website a week or so before my visit to see what we are offering.

I would like a list of how to use products when combining them and in what order I should use them. I would like to combine China Herbal, Chestnut and White Lotus.
Elaine, all of our products can be used in combination with one another. If you have all three lines, we suggest using the China Herbal and Chestnut in the day and the White Lotus for the evening.

Hi Wei, I watched your presentation on the first day of Christmas and I really love to have a couple or 3 sets of Wei East Beautiful Skin 9 Gift, Bags Item 279-382 but I did not realize that it sold out so quickly. Please let me know when this item will be back in stock.

I am 67, have dry to normal skin with sun damage and wrinkles. I ordered White Lotus collection #279-383 as I have just returned from a long trip. I also ordered collection #279-388. However,I feel as if I am guessing as what to use. Can I use the Renewal serum with the White Lotus? After I use the White Lotus is the #279-388 to be used next or would the Chestnut line be better? This is one line I can use without having an allergic reaction, so I really would like your help in getting me on the right products.
Jere – It certainly sounds like Chestnut and White Lotus will work best for your skin type. The Youth Recaptured serum can be used every day – twice a day for best benefits. Try using the Chestnut in the morning and the White Lotus in the evening – this wei you will get the benefit of both. The Chestnut will help to firm and White Lotus will hydrate. You can use the Youth Recaptured with all of our other products.

Hi Wei, you are an adorable woman. I purchased the White Lotus kit and there isn't a toner in the kit, is that necessary. The cleanser comes with the kit. I'm very anxious to try your White Lotus, I am 58 years old and have very dry skin. If you could, please let me know if I need toner with this. Thank you
Dottie, a toner is not always necessary. Most toners will help to cleanse the skin. Our White Lotus toning complex however is a herbal concentrate with soothing and firming products. It’s not necessary – but it is a luxury.

Thank you for the wonderful visit. You brought nice new products!I cannot wait to try them! The gift bag idea was excellent for gift giving for Hannukkah and Christmas.The variety of products has grown.Please bring back the China Herbal Spray Toner.It is not in the kits and cannot find it.I did not want the toner pads.Have a nice Holiday and the trip to China! Wish I had won that!

Wei, I just love your products. There is nothing better than your products. Your White Lotus cream bath is so luxurious, the best bath cream I have ever used, but I have a favor, could you consider putting a pump in the container or making the container more pliable. Those of use with arthritic hands have a hard time squeezing it to get your product out. Keep the great products coming. Thank you for your great products.

I had a wonderful time this weekend watching your shows. Anytime your on I always can count on my brother to buy what I need. Your products are wonderful! I would like to know if you have ever thought about making a mud mask from the white lotus mud. And I hope you sell the soaps seperatly, I'm a soap girl,please bring them back.
