Hi, again!

Skip and I want to thank all of you who joined us for our 11th Anniversary last month. What a wonderful time we had. It's hard to believe we are going on our 12th year with HSN - but as they say - time really flies when you're having fun!

Hope you all had a chance to take advantage of some of our best values of the year. We loved giving you certain special surprises, like our "Share your Scents of Perlier Body Cream Gift Special" (10 Perlier Body Creams in one gift box) which we do just ONCE a year! For those of you who missed our shows, try going to HSN.COM - you will still find some extra special, once-a-year values there. But hurry…if you want to grab any of these items, get them now. Speaking of special surprises, I know many of you saw the wonderful surprise Skip orchestrated for me by creating and giving me one of my all-time favorite perfumes....as well as using my initials AJB on the box, in gold (my favorite metal), coloring the box purple (my favorite color), and designing an unusual bottle and cap (because I always say, "Predictability is the kiss of death!"). Wow. I was overwhelmed. Really. The AJB bottle design and everything is a limited edition, too. I am sooooo thrilled with this tribute from Skip and so touched - and so happy to be able to share it with all of YOU!!!! Please try it and see if you don't agree with me that this fragrance is just divine!

Like Snowdrop, AJB has a magic all its own. I would describe it as Snowdrop's older, more provocative sister. It has angelic notes, like Snowdrop, but it has a little more pizzazz! It is alluring, glamorous, and a tad "swanky". I think you'll see that it has the same enchanting effect as Snowdrop, only definitely more bewitching. I am really looking forward to hearing your reactions. And although AJB is a limited edition, I am going to see about getting a different bottle, box, and size, yet keeping the same fragrance for 2008!!

Thank you also, for ALL your many, many emails! Unfortunately, Skip and I found out last time, that when we had our HSN Bulletin Board, we could not keep up with all the questions, or requests. However, what I can tell you, in all honesty is this: every email you send our way, is read by us. And we do take into consideration everything you tell us you would like, or need. So please keep your words coming....and sharing your opinions with us, as well as your ideas, and suggestions.

I love your products! I have used severaly different flavors! BUT I REALLY LOVE THE SNOW DROP! It smell so good and I really love it! I have exama on my hands and the snowdrop cream works wonderful! Hi Skip and Amanda! I love all of your products there's nothing that even comes close to the quality of your products. I love the Shea Butter (original scent), and I remember Skip telling me awhile back that you had an edt that goes along with that fragrance called Almond Blossom. The problem is, I can't find it ANYWHERE!! Can you tell me where I can find it or if you are planning to bring it to HSN, and if so, when? I love the fragrance and I can't get enough of it and I don't want to run out.

I was just wondering if anyone was dissapointed in the huge kit offered this Dec. ? Last year there was more duo's that could be given as gifts. I didn't really care that the non-scented mdse was in it. It is so much nicer to be able to give a gift of fragrance. Last year I got alot of different varieties of mdse. This year I didn't even order it and I am a big IBB customer. I have spent over $500 This year alone!

I love all of the IBB products and have used them for many years. However, the Pumpkin Spice scent is horrible. Both the body cream and shower gel have a very strange smell. They do not carry any hint of pumpkin or spice. I was so disappointed. I'll continue using IBB, but not the Pumpkin Spice!

Skip and Amanda-Being your first Perlier model for 6-7 years, I can truely give an honest testimonial that every one of your products are top knotch. I believe I have tried all of them and I love your products so much that I still give them to my friends and family to this day. My favorite products are the classic ones- honey, olive oil, rice, vanilla, white almond, etc. Also, my newborn son truely enjoys lathering it up in the bath with double latte. Amanda and Skip. Could you please bring back the old Shea Butter where its so Thick and you can cut it with a knife? I would love to try it as I wasn't able or thought I didn't need it at the time. My skin is clearing up from the two different shea butters offered in November of 2007. Keep up the good work. And I can't wait till the new IBB for December comes to my home. PUMPKIN SPICE was totally HORRIBLE I tell ya's. Gawd it almost made me so sick. And thank God that with the IBB Voice Program that we do help in these matters of keeping out the bad and keeping the BEST which of course is IBB. It was so over powering sorta like that the Pumpkin Spice almost made me sick, sadly to say.

Hi Skip and Amanda, Love your products! I ordered Amanda's personal fragrance and absolutely love it. This fragrance has got to be sent by Angels (and Skip) to all of us who love Amanda so much. Her beauty and elegance is surpassed by no one! A bath powder, shower gel and body cream to complement the fragrance would be perfect for layering. I was disappointed to read that White Tea and Magnolia will not be back. Like many of your regular customers, I have severe asthma. Regarding Shea Butter. The Shea Butter which was like a thick lard type in a body cream jar. Do you all still carry it or are you going to have it back? I found that shea butter in other forms that I have gotten have helped me so much in skin issues and would rather go EL Natural then Chemical stuff et cetera. Please post here so I won't miss out. Skip & Amanda, Love your products. I use to buy your large baskets before the holidays that came with several different fragrences including bath wash and body lotion. I was always told that your items had a two year shelf life unopened and one year once opened. This past week I went to open the last item the orchid scented body wash and lotion and when I did the jar with lotion was less than half full and hard as a rock,the wash smells bad. What happen? I can return them if you want!

I love the Ylang Ylang Bath Kit because of the intense exotic flowery fragrance. Any chance of bringing it back? Would love to have a Eau De Toilette version of the Ylang Ylang. Also I love the Perlier Flowers For You Amber Scented Shower and Body Duo. I wish you can expand developing the Amber Line. I love the shower gel but not the body milk consistency of this amber kit. I am sure you can develop better products using the amber scent in the future like the products in the Olivarium Kit.

Just a quick comment on the new Pumpkin Spice. I managed to vote with customer service. I have nearly all your scents. This Pumpkin Spice will be my most favored scent, as Amanda's is Snowdrop. Smells just like the squash blossoms in the garden, woodiness and all. The best for me so far, though I have many other favorites. I second the return of White Tea with Lemon....Thank you for making every day heaven scent...

i would like to comment on the perlier honey line. i would like to see more of just the honey bath and body , not with cammomile or anything mixed in. do you see that in the near future? also, i absolutely love the lemon juice products and would also like to see more products in that line. the smell is so perfect and clean. thanks to you amanda.

I've been a huge fan for years. But something's happened to many scents. They aren't as true to the flower as they used to be. Things like the new Freesia and Mimosa can't compare with your earlier floral scents like Lily of the Valley, Gardenia, Orange Blossom, the ORIGINAL Jasmine. Instead we're getting a plethora of new things, many with less and less scent. Why so many different honeys? It's like mass production at the expense of scent. I still love most of your products - just wondering.

Please do a show (or write a pamphlet) in which you demonstrate HOW TO COORDINATE the use of your Black RIce products. I'm not sure which are for day/night use since most are not labeled as such. I ordered everything you make in BR but haven't used the 'new' products since I'm not sure when to use which product to ensure best performance. I have used you BR face,lip,eye and hand creams and love these products and I'm sure I'll love the others once I am able to use them!! Thank you !

As you can see by my account, I love your products. Nothing at all keeps my skin as soft as your body creams. I am writing to ask you to please bring back the grapefruit diffuser. I accidentally spilled mine and can not get another. I have tried different brands but they do not even smell like grapefruit nor do they have that clean, fresh smell. I have ordered the cinnamon, vanilla, but still love the grapefruit the best. Thanks for listening, and thanks for bringing us such wonderful prod

Love,Love,Love your Elariia line! I need basic & natural scents/products & these are the best I've found. My grandson has skin problems & the Oat/wCoriander body cream & cream bath give him relief;the neutral scent means he doesn't mind using it.For me,I so miss your White Tea w/It.Lemon. The first time I received it the true lemon scent lifted my spirit during a difficult time & it has been my favorite ever since. Please consider bringing it back;at least for summer.I'll buy large quantity!:)

Thanks for your wonderful products - great quality and value. My problem is that I cannot easily get the pump started on the cream baths - I twist and twist but it doesn't pop up. I'm sure there is a simple way but so far I can't figure it out. All suggestions welcomed and appreciated.

Recently my son was put on a special autism diet. He is not allowed gluten(a protein found in wheat, barley, rye and oats)or casein (a protein found in milk and milk products). When we got him as a foster child he had horrible skin problems. Despite all his doctor's Rx's for other lotions and medications, your products were the only ones that soothed his skin and cleared his rashes. Can you tell me which IBB products don't contain gluten and casein since they can be absorbed through his skin?

I tried your lotions for the 1st time by buying the share your scents kit. I LOVE HONEY VANILLA!!! I had to buy the whole kit once I tried this. It has made my skin so soft & silky plus, smell so good! HONEY VANILLA is now and will always be my #1 favorite scent! I have never found a body cream that made my skin smooth plus smell nice until now!! Once I put this on, I find myself smelling my hands & arms all day long! I really hope that you can bring honey vanilla in a spray

Amanda is such a sweet person who always has a smile on her face. You can get very impatient with her and say things sometimes that take people aback. Well, I said I would report back on my thoughts about the Amanda Fragrance. It is complex. Unfortunately, for my tastes it is too strong and intense a scent. HOWEVER, when I smell it (and even look at the bottle and packaging) I think of MY own Mother. She is VERY unpredictable! With that and the gift to Mom scentiment on the back, I thought this would be perfect as a present for her, and much more appreciated too. I know it will fit with her; it just doesn't fit with me.

Elariia Oatmeal/Coriander! Thank you for bringing it back! It's the only product I've ever,ever found that I can not only use without any reaction whatsoever,& that actually works!So well in fact that I've always wanted to tell you it not only truly moisturizes(no flaking skin after an hour or so,as with some products)with lasting treatment results,but that genius addition of coriander actually keeps me smelling fresh/clean even thru HOT 114 degree Az. heat & my own menopausal moments ;)TYTYTY

My husband and I entertain clients in a 2nd house we own in the Palm Springs area. Of course, each bath has a selection of IBB products and our guests are always anxious to try a new one and love them all. Each year, I give my clients my own mix of your products for Xmas gifts. Early last year, I purchased the very large bottles of hand soap in Peony, White Almond, Honey and Lavender. I am really enjoying the Perlier Hazelnut set! It is a warm and comforting scent, great for these chilly autumn nights! I also just received my AJB Surprise Fragrance today. PLEASE bring back Amanda's fragrance.It's absolutely divine.I am heartsick that I didn't order 12 to give as gifts & for my personal use. I'd be totally okay with a simple bottle.
